It was a big day at our church. Preacher sent out a postcard to all the church members the past week asking everyone to attend that he wanted to have a “heart to heart” talk with the members about his “impending retirement”. There was more news than just him retiring though! We also find out that our youth pastor (Phil Hopkins & his wife, Jen) and our associate pastor (Scott Harrop & his wife, Joy) were resigning! 2009 looks to be a HUGE year of change for PCBC!1.11.2009
